Raleon is joining Intuit Mailchimp
E-commerce teams need to create smarter campaigns faster than ever, but traditional email tools haven't kept up. You're stuck spending hours on work that should take minutes: analyzing data, building segments, planning campaigns that actually move the needle on retention.
We built Raleon because it was time for AI that actually understands your brand. AI that identifies customers your segments were missing. AI that collapses hours of work into minutes. The results have been great, as we worked with hundreds of brands and agencies seeing up to 70% efficiency gains and 15% more incremental email revenue.
That's been our mission from day one: make retention marketing teams more effective without adding headcount. And today, that mission is being taken to the next level.
Intuit has acquired Raleon's technology and hired the team to accelerate innovation in its Mailchimp business.
This means taking all our experience in building AI-first solutions for ecommerce, and bringing it to more than 1 million brands instead of hundreds. Same mission: making retention teams smarter and more efficient, just a much bigger canvas.
This is also a bittersweet moment, as Raleon will cease operations on April 30th, 2026. This will allow us to take what you've loved about Raleon, and rebuild it directly into where you work - a world-class marketing platform.
